Local Mum & Baby Group Pop-Ups ~ Postnatal Massage for New Mums

One of my absolute favourite things to do is collaborate with local mum and baby groups to bring a short, supportive massage session into spaces where mums are already gathering. It’s something I feel really passionate about, because the reality is, when you have a baby, the thought of booking something just for yourself can feel like a lot sometimes.

Whether it’s a baby group, a postnatal class, or a relaxed community meet-up, these little pop-ups offer mums a moment of care within their normal routine, so there is no extra planning or pressure.

This idea came from my own experience as a new mum. Specifically from a memory of sitting in a baby massage class gently massaging my beautiful baby, but with burning shoulders, an achy back and tired arms! I was secretly wishing that someone was there to massage me!

Massage sessions at this kind of event aren’t long, often just 10 minutes, but the impact can be significant. When you’re constantly holding, feeding, carrying, and giving, even a just a few minutes of hands-on treatment can shift how you feel for the rest of the day.

A short shoulder and neck massage.
A moment to sit, breathe, and be the one being looked after.
A chance to feel your body soften, even just a little.

These collaborations are about making wellbeing for new mums feel more accessible and woven into everyday. Because how mums feel has a direct impact on the little ones in their care, and all mums deserve to feel their best.

If you attend a group (or run one) and feel like this would be something you would like, I’d love to hear from you. Please feel free to get in touch and suggest a group you’d like to see me pop up at.
