Hi, I’m Charlotte!

Your In Touch massage therapist. Ever since I was a little girl I have been fascinated by pregnancy, babies and child development, leading me to pursue a career in midwifery and then health visiting. I feel privileged to have witnessed and supported hundreds of babies being born, and even more families, as they navigate their journey through the early years. As well as running In Touch, I continue to work for the NHS part time. I am really passionate about empowering and supporting mums; understanding that maternal wellbeing underpins the wellbeing of our children. I also LOVE the subject of baby brain development, it is such a fascinating subject and one that you will undoubtedly hear me talk about from time to time, did you know that reducing your stress levels during pregnancy can help your baby’s brain to develop? So taking time out for a massage can be beneficial for both you and your baby.

Nurture is in my nature and I really believe in the benefits of massage for wellbeing. For me, a massage is not just the relief of physical symptoms, it is an opportunity to calm the nervous system, to prioritise yourself, to connect to yourself, and feel nurtured. When the idea of launching In Touch, first came to me, there was one thing I knew about how I wanted to offer my services and that was that I wanted to work as a mobile therapist, I aim to remove some of the barriers to accessing self care when you are a mum, by making my treatments as convenient and accessible as possible. Also, with years of experience in midwifery and health visiting, home visiting is what do!

Outside of work, I’m a married mum of two awesome daughters. I love the simple things in life, for me there is nothing better than a snuggle on the sofa, a cup of tea (with biscuits obvs), a chat with a friend, a walk on the beach, or a massage of course! I love to travel and explore the world and have adventures with my family. I am constantly dreaming about where to go next, and whilst I have my favourite places, I will always favour trying somewhere new to see what the world has to offer… recommendations always welcome!

Based in the Norfolk Broads, In Touch massage services are available to those living in Norfolk Broadland, Norwich City, and South Norfolk areas. Travel is included in the price of treatments for those living in the area marked in blue, outside of these areas an additional charge of £1 per mile will apply.

Pure relaxation from the comfort of my own home! My first treatment with Charlotte from in touch pregnancy massage was a truly relaxing experience from beginning to end. Charlottes warm, friendly nature put me straight at ease! Being a postpartum mum it is essential to take care of yourself and to really treat yourself with a bit of “me”time.
