Hello, I’m Charlotte, a registered midwife, health visitor and massage therapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting women and their families. At In Touch, I bring my clinical knowledge and passion for holistic therapies together to offer thoughtful, personalised treatments for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, specialist c-section scar therapy and women’s wellbeing massage.

So, whether you’re pregnant, adjusting to life after birth, feeling the effects of a busy lifestyle, or simply craving some time to yourself, I’m here to help you rest, rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself.

From my beautiful studio, The Retreat, in Brundall, near Norwich, I offer a range of massage and wellbeing treatments, alongside a mobile service for clients in Norwich and the surrounding villages.

My treatments combine extensive professional training, years of clinical experience and a genuine passion for helping women feel their best. Alongside restorative massage, I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Oncology Massage and specialist c-section scar therapy.

Women’s wellness is at the heart of everything I offer at In Touch. While specialising in pregnancy and postnatal treatments, I also support women’s wellbeing by addressing common issues such as stress, tension, fatigue, tech neck and fluid retention.

I am committed to offering the highest standard of care, continually investing in advanced training and evidence-informed practice to ensure every treatment is both safe and effective. I have also won some regional and national awards for my practice including massage therapist of the year 2025, and best postnatal wellness service 2024.

I want every visit to feel like time that’s genuinely yours. You’ll never be rushed or expected to fit into a set routine. Instead, we’ll take the time to understand what you need and tailor your treatment around you, so you can settle in, switch off and enjoy being looked after.

I only use carefully selected natural and ethically sourced products are used for your treatments, including bespoke aromatherapy blends and wellbeing products that I have personally created.
