When you have a massage with me . . .

Booking with a new massage therapist can feel a little unknown. Everyone works differently, and it’s not always easy to know what to expect or whether it will feel right for you, so let me tell you a little bit about my style and how I work.

My approach is calm, nurturing and intuitive. I’m passionate about offering treatments that are both highly professional and genuinely effective. Rather than following trends or doing things simply because they’re popular, I focus on what can make a real difference. I genuinely love giving the treatments I offer, and I believe that is really important. You can feel when a therapist is fully present and engaged in their work, and I always aim to bring that level of care to every session.

Each massage is guided by what you need on the day. I don’t follow a set routine; instead, I work intuitively, responding and adapting the treatment to you. Whether you’d prefer a full-body massage or time focused on specific areas, your treatment is always shaped around you. If you like deeper work, I build up to that gradually, allowing the body to relax first so the muscles are ready to receive it, this makes sure that the treatment feels both effective and comfortable throughout.

Your treatment is your time to switch off and relax, and I will follow your lead when it comes to conversation. I’ll check in as needed to make sure you’re comfortable and the pressure feels right, but otherwise you’re free to simply rest. If you do feel like chatting, that’s absolutely fine too, I’m happy talk with you, I just won’t initiate a full conversation myself.

When you book a massage with me, you can expect he full 30, 60, 75 or 90 minutes dedicated to hands-on treatment, with space either side to allow for a calm arrival, consultation and an unhurried finish, so your experience never feels rushed.

For me, it’s often the little details that shape the whole experience. I use high-quality products that are vegan, cruelty-free and ethically sourced, and every element of your treatment is chosen after lots of thought. Small, thoughtful touches are woven throughout, to help you fully switch off, feel comfortable, and leave feeling genuinely restored.

If you’d like a sense of what to expect from people who have had treatments with me, you’re very welcome to read reviews from other women on Google and Fresha, they give a helpful insight into the experience you can expect.

Whether you visit The Retreat in Brundall or choose a massage at home, my aim is always to offer calm, nurturing, professional care that feels supportive, restorative and personalised to you.

I’m always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, so feel free to reach out to me via message, email, or social media. No question is too small!
