Hi, I’m Charlotte!

I’m a massage therapist specialising in pregnancy, postnatal and women’s wellbeing. Before training as a massage therapist, I spent over 20 years working as a midwife and health visitor, supporting women through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. That experience shapes everything I do and is why I specialise in pre and postnatal therapies.

My decision to train in massage therapy came during a time when I’d stepped into a less clinical role within the NHS and found myself really missing hands-on work. Rather than returning to the wards, I felt drawn to deepen my understanding of holistic wellbeing, something I have always been interested in. I have recently started a career break from my NHS role, which means that In Touch is my sole focus for 2026 and I am really enjoying pouring everything into this work that is good for my wellbeing, as well as good for yours!

Outside of work, I’m a married mum of two amazing daughters and one little dog. I’m all about the simple joys in life, snuggles on the sofa, a good cup of tea (with biscuits, of course), chats with friends, walks on the beach, and, naturally, a restorative massage. I also love to travel and explore new places with my family. I’m always dreaming of our next adventure, so if you’ve got any travel recommendations, send them my way, I get very twitchy if I don’t have my next trip planned!

In Touch is based at The Retreat, my home studio in Brundall, on the Norfolk Broads (Exact location given on booking).

In Touch mobile massage services are also available within a 20 minute drive, in areas of Norfolk Broadland, Norwich City, and South Norfolk. Please contact me to request a mobile appointment for an at home massage.

How It Works

Book

Choose your ideal date and time and book online for appointments at The Retreat. Full location details will be provided upon booking. If you’d prefer a mobile appointment, simply send a request via the contact form

Consultation

Before your appointment, you’ll be sent a consultation form to complete, so I can make sure your treatment is safe, comfortable, and perfectly suited to you

On the day, simply arrive at The Retreat (or settle into the comfort of your own home) and take time to switch off, while I take care of the rest
